Protocol Education is currently working with a school who are looking for an experienced SEN TA for October 2022, to join their friendly, passionate team. The school has an OFSTED rating ‘outstanding’, and is 2-form entry, with good transport links, located in the London borough of Enfield.
What you will need:
- Previous SEND experience.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to interact well with the children.
- There is the possibility of long term, full time work available in this role.
About the role:
As an SEN TA, you will be expected to support the pupil in small groups (2 – 3 students) or depending on the need of the child, one to one support. The students will have a structured day and you will be expected to keep records of each activity, for each child to have a record of learning progress for the day. Written feedback on their behaviour is also compulsory.
