Protocol Education are looking for talented and passionate SEN support specialists who are comfortable in a mainstream Secondary setting. Protocol works closely with schools in the London borough of Waltham Forest, who are seeing an increasing need for support candidates, due to the effects of the ongoing pandemic.To be a successful candidate you who must adopt a caring and nurturing approach, and ideally possess some form of relevant experience.

Classroom expereince is not essential, but if you come from a similar background such as Youth Work, Outreach, Sports Coaching ect. Then your application is likely to be favoured. You may also hold a relatable degree such as Psychology or Sociology. Feel free to apply if you believe you possess the relevant personality attributes and we will give you a call!

Due to the nature of remote staffing, you may be required to film a video profile which allows schools to see your suitablity for the school.

Protocol Education is a Supply Agency offering both long terms and short terms roles in Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Special Needs (SEND) Education. We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £40.00.
