Job description
I am currently working on behalf of a primary school based in the Loughborough who are currently recruiting a SEND TA to work across key stage one and two. They are looking for a SEND TA who has experience working across a variety of learning and behavioural difficulties but will consider people with general TA experience.
The two form entry school has an Ofsted rating of Good and have a high standard when working with special educational needs. The school is also located in the outskirts of Loughborough.

All applicants will ideally have:
• Experience working with schools who work with SEND
• Experience as a general TA
• The ability to overcome challenging behaviour
• Be able to change and direct the method of teaching for all children and abilities
• Must have good problem-solving skills and a calm attitude
