Primary SEN Teaching Assistant - Harrow

An outstanding primary school located in the heart of the London Borough of Harrow is looking for a dedicated and committed Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant.

Are you patient, highly-reliable, creative and hard working?

This fantastic Primary SEN Teaching Assistant role provides you with an ideal opportunity to gain invaluable classroom-based experience by working with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs such as ADHD, Dyslexia and Autism (ASC).

Person Specification:

This Primary SEN Teaching Assistant position would be perfectly suited to an empathetic and dedicated Psychology Graduate . Supporting children with SEN requires an individual to have a genuine passion and interest in child development. If you have ambitions of training to become an Educational Psychologist, SEN Teacher or a Speech & Language Therapist, working as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant could provide you with the invaluable experience you require for a career within Education and as a specialist.

Job Specification:

This role will be full-time, working both in and out of class, tasked with supporting pupils from Early Years to KS1 & KS2. This Primary SEN Teaching Assistant will be contracted until at least the end of July 2019.
