Job description
SEN teaching assistant needed

Protocol Education are looking to appoint SEN teaching assistants to join our successful support team. We are looking to appoint caring and enthusiastic SENTA's with excellent inter-personal skills to support children with a range of needs.

The successful SEN experienced Teaching Assistant will have a warm, friendly disposition with patience and skill to work in challenging environments with a wide spectrum of needs. Protocol Education are looking for exceptional candidates for this role who have the skills needed to support and drive learning forward for all children with needs.

To be considered for this position must:

• Hold Level 3 SEN qualifications or have substantial experience within this field
• Be someone who enjoys working with children and understands how such children work best.
• Have a positive and calming nature.
• Have a real passion and can do attitude for supporting children.
• Be dedicated to your role of a Teaching Assistant (TA)
