Protocol Education are working with a school in the Lincoln area who are looking for teaching assistants. The children in this school are between the ages of 4 to 10. This role is intended for those who are passionate about working with students who have additional needs.

The right candidate will:
• Build rapport with the students
• Get to know the student and their interests
• Ensure a safe and happy environment for the students to succeed
• Understand how to gain information from the students using an innovative approach
• Be reliable

This school is looking for experienced staff with a background working with children with SEN and SEMH needs. In this school, students are provided with the opportunities to learn which are tailored to their needs. This school ensures the students are provided with the tools to gain a sense of self-worth and become valued members of society. In this role, you will help the students gain confidence and become resilient when faced with challenges so they can succeed in their adult life.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
