The role demands a dedicated individual who is creative and enthusiastic and can work with the school ethos to create a flexible partnership, meeting the needs of each individual through a personal approach.
The ideal candidate should be keen to develop their skills, enable the pupils to achieve positive outcomes, be able to differentiate their approach for pupils of all abilities, plan creative and engaging lessons and work as part of a successful team.
