Job description
Specialist TA's required in Swindon

Protocol Education are recruiting for experienced teaching assistants for various roles in the Swindon area. These are either long term, short term, daily or permanent placements in both Primary and Secondary schools!

Have you previously supported groups of children with SEN or worked with any students on a 1:1 basis in order to help them reach their IEP's? Are you highly passionate about promoting an inclusive practise for all pupils? Are you able to adapt plans provided to you by the classroom teacher to ensure the children are being challenged in core subject areas? Do you have strong behaviour management that enables children to increase their concentration during lesson time?
