Protocol Education are working closely with a school in Bradley Stoke who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious Learning Support Assistant to work with a few children within a KS2 class who have Autism.

Working hours per week will be 32.5 hours (term time) and we are looking to make the appointment as soon as possible . The position is to be paid at £60 per day. The successful applicant will be supporting and working with class teachers to provide an excellent education for all pupils.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who:
• has good understanding of pupils with ASC and individual SEN needs
• is committed to developing the full potential of all children
• has high expectations of pupil attainment, progress and behavior
• works well as part of a team and has good interpersonal skills
• is a good role model to pupils
• has a positive outlook

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools.
