Looking for a creative and experienced Learning Support Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a SEN child in a lovely school located within the Harlow area. 

This role will involve working with the class as a general LSA as well as working on a 1:1 basis with a child that has speciak educational needs. You may also have the opportunity to run intervention sessions to support multiple children in the afternoon with a focus on phonics and reading. 

This is a varied role and will require someone who is able to 'muck in' and become a member of the school, get involved with school life. 

An understanding of phonics would be great
