We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Teacher (SEN Hub) to join a welcoming school in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who has a genuine passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The Role:

  • Leading teaching within a dedicated SEN inclusion hub
  • Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment
  • Working closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals
  • Adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience working with SEND pupils (school or specialist setting)
  • A strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices
  • A genuine passion and commitment to supporting children with additional needs
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
