Job description
SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistants Required For Daily and Short Term Cover in Lambeth, Greater London

Protocol Education are currently looking for enthusiastic, proactive SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work within our schools in Lambeth, South London.

We work with a number of schools and as a result are actively seeking new learning support staff, required for daily, short term and long term roles. Successful applicants will be expected to work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis in a friendly and supportive environment. Working under the guidance of your teachers, successful applicants will be expected to follow the lesson plans given and ensure that your students are completing the tasks that are set.

Desirable Previous Experience:
Autism
Challenging behaviour
Multiple Learning disabilities
Severe Learning disabilities
PMLD
ADHD
EAL

Previous experience within these areas would be plus, however applicants who lack experience but have a genuine interest in SEN are more than welcome to apply. More than anything we would like applicants who are able to demonstrate enthusiasm, dependability, confidence and the versatility to tailor their approach to each class they are helping in.
