Job description
Are you looking for a new and exciting role working as a Classroom Assistant for children with Special Educational Needs? Then this could be your next challenge!

We are looking for Classroom Assistants in the Sheffield area to work in day to day and more longer term positions in September. We work with various Schools through South Yorkshire and may have the perfect job for you.

As a successful candidate you will be supporting students in various year groups in Secondary and Primary school with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

You will need;
• A Registered DBS or be prepared to carry out a new DBS application.
• A proven record of supporting Special Educational Needs students working with MLD/SLD/SEMH/EBD.
• Enthusiasm and drive to working with children with SEN
• Any additional training such as Makaton/ PECS/Team Teach is desirable but not essential.
