Job description
Protocol Education are currently recruiting for experienced SEN learning support assistants to work in SEMH schools across Reigate. This are of Surrey is easily commutable and boast plenty of parking at all our schools.

You will be working with secondary school students ages 11-16. The school has a thriving and vibrant learning environment, that cater for the needs of one hundred secondary school students with learning and associated difficulties. The successful candidate will be a passionate, enthusiastic and committed teaching assistant.

The school are looking for individuals that are:

- 5 days a week, term time only.
- 8:30am 3:30pm
- Based in the borough of Reigate
- Working 1:1 with pupils who have challenging behaviour
- Confident with the SEN code of practice
- Passionate about working in education
- Patient and calm
- Able to adapt and adjust to work in a challenging setting
- Committed to implementing the schools ethos and values
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with autism and challenging behaviour
