Job description
Protocol Education is an education agency specialising in daily supply, long term and permanent positions in schools. We are currently looking for driven, positive and experienced candidates to work as Learning Support Assistants and SEN TAs to support young children with Autism. These positions will be based in mainstream Primary schools across Barking and Dagenham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Have the ability to carry out instructions
• Can remain calm and patient in stressful situations
• Have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Can establish positive working relationships with adults and children
