Job description
Protocol Education is currently working with an SEMH school based in Hounslow that is home to 70 students from aged 5 - 11 who have been taken out of mainstream and out into a special provision. The school is currently Ofsted Outstanding and has been for their last 4 inspections. The school currently has 9 classes 3 of which are ASD classes and there is a maximum of 8 students per class with at least one TA and one teacher per class.

The school is currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join their team on a full time basis. You will be based within on of the classrooms working closely with the class teacher to ensure the children's behaviour is good, helping the students with their class work and creating a positive learning environment.
