Using therapeutic approaches to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn
-
Building trust with young people who may struggle with change
-
Working with pastoral leads to create solid routines

Turning tricky mornings into calm, productive sessions
What we’re looking for:
-
QTS or QTLS
-
Experience in SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision is ideal
-
Someone resilient, warm, and steady
-
Strong behaviour management built on relationships, not strictness
You’ll enjoy:
-
Weekly PAYE pay
