Job description
SEMH TEACHER ROLE - North East Somerset (September start)

Protocol Education is looking for a Qualified Teacher who can work 1 to 1 with a child in year 2 with SEMH needs. This is a challenging yet rewarding role and we are confident we can find the right candidate for this role. The role is part-time hours, spread over 5 days a week. The child has two expert TAs who would be working alongside the successful candidate at all times. The candidate would also be supporting the class teacher and would have some planning to undertake for the child. Applicants must have experience of working with children with SEN and SEMH needs, alongside being unfazed by a new challenge!

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications or experience teaching pupils with challenging behaviour and be able to support them whilst also creating a safe, secure and fun environment.

You must be a fully qualified teacher, be able to provide 2 up to date references and hold a current CRB or be willing to complete a new one.
