Job description
A Good school with Outstanding features is currently looking for an SEMH teacher to teach 12 students in their key stage 2 class. The school is purpose built for 40 students who have SEMH needs and children with autism, The school is for students who have been withdrawn from mainstream due to their behaviours and they try to reintegrate them back in to mainstream secondary schools. Although the students can be very challenging at times, they really like to focus and reward on positive behaviour.

The school is looking for someone who:
  • Has a sound knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Holds QTS
  • Can manage challenging behaviour
  • Work well within a team
