We are currently looking for hard working and caring experienced teaching assistants to come and support a school in Reading. They focus on working with children with Social, Emotional, Mental Health difficulties. Sometimes these pupils can also have additional learning needs including Communication and Interaction & Cognition and Learning.

The Role:
-Working as a teaching assistant to support the needs of children with complex learning difficulties.
-Located in Reading with on-site free parking.
-Monday - Friday

This is a special school which educates up to 64 students in total aged between 11 and 18. They work with every pupil individually to cater for their needs following EHCP plans. The staff are very welcoming and are excited for someone positive and engaging to join their team.

To be considered:
-Previous experience working with SEMH children.
-Previous experience as a child carer or support worker.
-Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
-Eligible to work in the UK.
