Protocol Education are working in partnership with two, supportive, inner city Primary Schools in the South of Manchester who are seeking Teaching Assistants to support children across the phases with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs who can sometimes present challenging behaviour.

The role of a SEMH TA is to remove the barriers impacting a young person's ability to access the curriculum, engage in learning and enable them to reach their full potential. Experience working with young people and the motivation to work with and improve outcomes for young people is essential.

If you possess any of the following, then you are highly desirable for the role:
§A Degree (BA, Masters)
§Training (Team Teach, Norfolk/ Cambridge Steps)
§Armed Forces Experience
§Support Work Experience
§Prison Guard Officer Experience
Working Hours 8.30-3.30pm Monday Friday
Weekly Pay - £300-350
