We are working with a school located in Newham. This school is very accessible by public transport. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with social, emotional and mental health needs in a learning environment or working in a similar role such as counselling or therapist. You will offer the student therapeutic support and academic support, you will work alongside the schools Learning Mentor and SENDCO.

You must;

• Have experience with Mental Health or Social and Emotional Needs
• Working in therapeutic role
• Knowledge of the Year 3 National Curriculum
• Outstanding team work
• Positive relationships with children
• Creative and flexible approach to teaching
• Excellent behaviour management
• A high regard for inclusion and equality
• Flexible and pro-active
