The Role

The teacher role has become available due to new students being admitted to the PRU. You will focus on supporting pupils who have been excluded from school and, whilst in KS3, are learning at a primary level. The class follows a primary model, you will work in a class with the same children consistently and will be supported by TAs. Primary Teachers are welcome to apply. In the role, you should expect to work closely with the school SENCO as well as classroom teachers and provide support to a whole class, smaller groups, and one-on-one.
