Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with an all-boys SEMH Secondary School in Bushey, Watford. They will be joining a team of committed teachers and support staff, working together to:

Dramatically improve the life chances of students, whose previous experience of schooling has, for whatever reasons, not been a wholly positive experience.

I am seeking Cover Supervisors & highly experienced TA'S who can demonstrate a confident ability to uphold and control a class lesson. The position will be based within the whole school helping where needed. The classes are small made up of approx. 6-8 students, A lesson plan will be provided, each class will also have an experienced LSA to assist.

The students have with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders and Social, Emotional & Mental Health problems, So I am looking for someone who has a resilient character that can work under unpredictable environments and have the capability to them engaged and focused.

To be eligible to apply for this position, you must have experience working with children with EBD/SEMH. You would need to be flexible as this position is for holiday & sickness cover and if they need additional support.
