Job description
SEMH Learning Support Assistant Required In Chessington

Interviews available immediately

One of our top schools in the Kingston area are currently looking for a highly passionate and experienced candidate to join their already strong and extensive team of support staff. As part of their team you will be responsible for providing assistance to pupils who have Autism and SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health) needs. If you are resilient, patient and are skilled in dealing with challenging behaviour you would be the ideal candidate.

The successful candidate will:

Have experience working with SEN children or vulnerable adults
Comfortable working with children with challenging behaviour
Possess a proactive, empathetic and resilient personality
Be clear and consistent with communication skills
Be passionate about making a difference to the life of young people
