Job description
An SEMH Setting in Northamptonshire are looking for a 1:1 LSA to support students back into education.

The role itself will be for the rest of the academic year on a temporary contract, with the view to this being extended into the next academic year. Applicants must be available immediately as the school are looking for an immediate start. The school caters to students with behavioural issues aged 11 - 16. Students that attend this school may have difficulties fitting into mainstream education are therefore in this setting to aid their learning and development.

Applicants must have experience working one to one with students with behavioural difficulties and have the ability to keep learners focused and engaged as well as develop excellent working relationships.

The role will be long term up starting after Easter until December 2018 at the earliest, previous assignments with this school have extended and will usually be ongoing/ lead to permanent employment.
