Job description
I am currently working with a primary school in the West London borough of Hillingdon to recruit a Reception Teacher for a part-time job-share for a September Start!

The school are larger than the average primary school, however still manage to maintain a friendly and supportive environment for all children and staff. With strong emphasis on pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, the school are able to create a warm and welcoming feel to all new staff, as well as excellent relationships between staff, students and the wider community.

In this role you will be taking on the class teacher responsibilities for Reception class, sharing the role with an experience teacher. The position is for 3 days a week working Monday-Wednesday.

You will benefit from shared planning and preparation not just with you colleague in Reception but in the year group as a whole.

This role would suit an experienced teacher, with good understanding of the EYFS curriculum. The standards are high and as such children's behaviour is excellent, resulting from mutual respect and a fun and nurturing environment. It's therefore important to be able to uphold this working within the ethos of the school. You will need to hold QTS in the UK and have experience working as a Class Teacher in a similar role.
