We believe in looking after our Key Workers

Have your education agency been in touch since COVID-19? Have they supported you through-out this crisis? If the answer is no, then perhaps it is time to look at another agency who has a genuine interest in supporting their staff not just through the good times but the bad too.

Unlike a number of agencies in the local area, none of our internal staff have been furloughed or made redundant, ensuring we can maintain regular contact with schools, meaning that we will find our candidates work for September. It has also meant that we have been able to continue to stay in touch with our existing pool of candidates, informing them of any relevant information.

As a company, we believe in looking after our teachers and support Staff. We therefore furloughed all possible candidates who were no longer in work. We did not make candidates wait until May 2020, enduring financial hardship like some agencies. Our candidates were paid as early as April 3rd.

The unprecedented COVID-19 crisis will have left many of our client schools across Teesside unable to recruit for the up and coming academic year. We are now recruiting for Secondary Teachers across all subjects to work from September 2020. Roles available will include both full and part- time roles.

From the safety of your home, we can get in touch with you to answer your questions, discuss employment opportunities and hold video interviews, meaning you will be fully cleared and ready to work when the schools reopen.

Ideal candidates for our Teaching roles will need to demonstrate a trustworthy track record, showcasing consistent results and raising attainment, passion towards the academic development of pupils, and ability to engage, empower and encourage students.
