Job description
Protocol Education are looking for ambitious Teaching Assistants to work within our Secondary schools across London. We are looking for hard-working individuals who can provide extra curriculum support within key subjects such as English, Maths, Science and Humanities. This position would be great for a recent graduate looking to gain experience in Secondary schools or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to continue to support young people.

Working on a temporary, long term or a permanent basis, you will need to combine your professional experience and skills to support a varied and stimulating curriculum within a secondary school.

You must:

- Believe passionately in creating an outstanding learning environment and opportunities to ensure all children achieve and make the best possible progress
- Have a talent for bringing learning alive and be successful in securing children's excitement for learning
- Have good classroom and behaviour management
- Have previous experience working as a teaching assistant or a keen interest in developing a career in education
- Have a degree in a related subject (Preferred but not essential)
