Job description
Secondary Teaching Assistant required in Bristol for September 2016

A popular school in the heart of Bristol are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant. Fantastic schools need fantastic teaching staff, which is why the school offer the very best training and support.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated Teaching Assistant, who would like a full time role. This role will initially be for one year with the potential to become permanent. This role will involve working with small groups and assisting in management/preparation of resources, which could include some specialist knowledge in particular areas.

The successful candidate will:

•Have experience of working with Secondary aged children

•Have experience of working with (or willingness to work with) small to medium groups of children

•Have good literacy and mathematical skills

•Be hard working and adaptable to change

•Ideally have a secure understanding and knowledge of observing children’s learning
