Job description
Are you passionate about working with young people and eager to gain experience assisting in a Secondary Education setting?

Protocol Education are currently working with a leading special needs school in Chessington, under 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic teaching assistant with a passion for assisting with special education.

The role:
-Teaching assistant role.
-Starting in September 2019.
-Working on a 1:1 and small-group basis with special needs pupils
-5 days a week, from 8.30am to 4pm, on a long-term basis.
-Assisting pupils with disabilities ranging from, challenging behaviour, SEMH, autism and so on.

Successful candidates will have:
-An enhanced DBS disclosure on the Update Service. (Or be willing to complete this)
-Experience working with children in the past 3 years.
-Passion for working in special needs. (Experience preferred but not required)
