We are currently recruiting a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with students and wants to contribute to their academic and personal development.

You will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, working alongside teachers to provide classroom support and help students overcome barriers to learning.

What you’ll be doing:

✨ Supporting students in lessons and small intervention groups
✨ Assisting teachers with classroom activities
✨ Supporting students with their learning and confidence
✨ Helping promote positive behaviour and engagement
✨ Building strong relationships with students and staff

What we’re looking for:

✔ Experience working with young people or within an education setting
✔ Confident communication and behaviour management skills
✔ A positive and adaptable approach
✔ Passion for supporting students to succeed
