STEM Teacher Required - Basildon
Protocol Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated STEM Teachers to work within secondary schools across Basildon and the surrounding areas.
We are seeking talented educators who can inspire students and help raise attainment across Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics subjects. Whether you are an ECT looking to begin your teaching career or an experienced teacher seeking a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
As a STEM Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons within your specialist subject
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress
- Encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and independent learning
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Contribute to the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Has experience teaching a STEM subject at secondary level
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge
- Is passionate about student achievement and engagement
- Has strong classroom management skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
