For teaching positions at the International School, it is vital to ensure that you hold the correct qualifications and have the requisite experience for registration. The School would normally anticipate a minimum of two years' (and probably more) qualified teaching experience. All candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Education or equivalent, specialising in the relevant educational field. Holding a subject degree alone will not qualify you to teach in the UAE.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
