Location: London Borough of Camden

Salary/Rate: Inner London Scale - MPS/UPS

Required: September 2016

Contract Type: Permanent

My clients are seeking to appoint a motivated and ambitious Science Teacher to join the popular and oversubscribed academy. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified teachers. Additional responsibility allowances may be available for experienced candidates.

My client is a growing, mixed 11-19 Academy in the heart of the London Borough of Camden. we will reach full capacity of 1150 students by the autumn term of 2016. "Working at the top of the Good grade" we offer state-of-the-art facilities and the opportunity to work with the latest innovations in classroom technology.

My client pride themselves on high academic aspirations and our value added result is the second highest across all schools in Camden, including independent schools. In 2015 our A-level students performed above the national average for A*-C and achieved a 100% pass rate.

Science teachers at UCL Academy plan and teach a curriculum which is both inspiring and engaging and includes elements of cutting edge research.
