Job description
**Secondary Teachers required in Doncaster for daily/short term work**

Are you looking for flexible hours? Would you like to choose the days you work each week and not worry about taking on all those extra teacher responsibilities of planning and marking?

Do you have family commitments which mean you can not work contracted hours? Would you like to stay local to where you live?

Schools can not always measure the level of absences they will have each day/week due to unforseen circumstances so they need to know they can have reliant, effective and local teachers available that they can call upon each day.

This is where you come in...

Schools located in Doncaster are seeking innovative and qualified Secondary School teachers to join them in making a difference to the quality of teaching and learning within selected departments. The appointed teachers will be hard working and enthusiastic with a professional teaching attitude. You must have excellent subject knowledge and a sound understanding of the National Curriculum. The position will involve teaching students at Key Stages 3 and 4, occasionally 5.

You will need to be a motivated individual with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in your taught subject specialist.

The ideal teacher will have/be;

- Qualified Teacher status (UK QTS)

- Excellent lesson planning and preparation

- Excellent classroom management

- A genuine passion for their subject specialism

If this sounds like the role for you then please apply or email your CV to lread@protocol-education.com

All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then if progressed will be invited to meet with one of our secondary consultant for an interview in our Sheffield office.

Registration involves an enhanced DBS/CRB check, identity checks and requires all applicants to supply good professional references. Please only apply if you are confident that you will pass this procedure.

Protocol Education has been awarded the Quality Mark to denote excellence in providing supply staff to schools.

Protocol Education brings schools and staff together. We find jobs for teachers and teaching assistants in schools throughout England, and we can help you find the classroom role that's right for you.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
