Job description
** Religious Studies Teacher – KS3-KS4 - East London – Redbridge**

**September 2016 start**

**Secondary Mixed School**

Are you a qualified and experienced Religious Studies teacher with excellent subject knowledge looking to work in a dynamic school in East London? If so, this vacancy could be for you!

My client is looking for a talented and passionate teacher of Religious Studies for a September start!

It is a well run school and has strong department leaders with high expectations. My client has established a reputation for providing a caring supportive environment in which children of all abilities can flourish. Staff are committed and caring and work with parents to achieve increasingly good standards of learning and behaviour. An excellent curriculum is in place with a wide range of personalised options.

The Religious Studies teacher will be expected to deliver engaging and well planned lessons and be fully conversed in the Religious Studies Curriculum and able to teach KS3 to KS4.

If you are a Religious Studies teacher who has the skill to deliver results then apply today to be considered.

You must be a fully qualified teacher, be able to offer 2 references and have a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to complete one.

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
