This large secondary school are looking to recruit an experienced or Newly Qualified Mathematics Teacher (NQT) to start in January 2020. The school is currently going through a period of reform and improvement and over the past few years have dedicated a lot of time to improving the curriculum. Ofsted has stated that the school is Good' and teachers use their great knowledge of the subject material to help students and pupils progress has approved accordingly. Pupils behave well in lessons and out, are respectful, courteous and positive.
The school is looking to recruit an ambitious and forward-thinking Mathematics Teacher to January 2020. The successful teacher will be a member of a supportive and well-resourced department and be required to teach Mathematics up to key stage 3 and 4, working 4 days per week.
You'll join a team ranging from newly qualified teachers to highly experienced teachers in the Mathematics department. The teaching team is collaborative and supportive of NQTs and offers great career progression, CPD and TLRs for experienced teachers.
To be considered for this Mathematics Teacher role you must have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• PGCE in a related degree
• Experience teaching Mathematics KS3-KS4
