Job description
Do you have a passion for Maths as well as determination to help others develop their skills?

If so we are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and versatile individual who can be committed to help pupils achieve academic excellence. This welcoming, high achieving school in the Durham area is looking for either an experienced or NQT Maths teacher to ensure pupils are achieving to their potential within the best of learning environments. Protocol Education have a close link with this school and from this have forged a thriving relationship with them.

We are particularly looking for individuals who have studied Maths (or related subject) to degree level.

In order to be successful for this role you must have:

• QTS/OTT and eligible to work within the UK

• Extensive subject knowledge (studied relevant subject to degree level)

• Strong Interpersonal skills

• Ability to form positive relationships with staff and pupils

• Strong behavioural management experience

As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
