Job description
Are you an aspiring teacher hoping for a new challenge?

A large Community College based in Braunstone are currently looking to recruit a History Teacher to join them in April 2018. This is an exciting opportunity for a someone who is looking for a new challenge. You must have QTS and with experience working within Secondary schools.
You will be responsible for educating secondary and post-secondary students with academic lessons in social studies, historiography and human history. You will need to help pupils for life after school by fostering critical thinking, problem-solving and an awareness of how historical events have shaped today's social and political climate.
As a History teachers you must uphold a classroom environment that motivates and challenges students of all backgrounds and abilities. As you are creating your history teacher job description, be sure to specify the need for patience, adaptability and active listening.
