The Role:

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons within your specialist subject area
• Create an engaging, inclusive, and challenging learning environment
• Support students’ progress through effective teaching and assessment
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning habits
• Provide guidance and encouragement to help students reach their potential
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and supporting student wellbeing
