Protocol Education is seeking passionate, motivated, and dedicated Secondary Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Chesterfield. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that supports student achievement.
• Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
• Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of learners.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' academic and personal development.
• Contribute to the wider school community and uphold safeguarding responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools is desirable but not essential.
• Applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
• Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality education and inspiring young people.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
