Secondary SEN Teacher
Protocol Education are working with secondary SEN schools throughout the Leeds area who are looking for SEN teachers. With the high demand in SEN teachers, Protocol Education are looking for flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic teachers looking to work in SEN secondary schools. Protocol Education is looking for someone full-time to provide consistency for the students.

Responsibilities:
•Support students with additional needs including Autism, severe learning difficulties, SEMH (social, emotional, and mental health needs), hearing and visual impairments, and complex needs
•Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff
•Teach students material based on their individual needs
•Use innovative approaches to learning
•Ensure students are developing educationally as well as gaining life skills

Requirements:
•Experience as an SEN teacher
•Passionate about working with students with additional needs
•Have good communication and behaviour management skills
•Nurturing approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
