Job description
Do you have experience of working with students with mild, moderate, complex or severe needs? Do you have experience working with Secondary School age children and a passion for education?


We are looking for extraordinary SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of different needs across schools in the Bromley and Bexley boroughs. As a successful candidate, you will:

•Have experience working with children with special educational needs, in a mainstream school environment or a specialist school
•Have the ability to easily adapt your style to varying requirements of the students within the class
•Are able to support on both a small group and one-to-one basis
•Can offer experience of working with other professionals
•Be able to offer specialist SEN skills such as moving & lifting, PECs, Sign-a-long, Communicate in Print, Makaton, BSL Etc would be desirable.
•Hold or be able to apply for a DBS that is on the update service


We are looking to place support staff in schools across the South East London boroughs to aid pupils with their learning, helping them achieve their full potential. We need staff that are experienced in supporting needs anywhere from dyslexia and mild learning difficulties to Autism , Aspergers and other special needs.
