About the Role
A vibrant SEN school in Durham is looking for a creative and nurturing SEN Teacher to inspire pupils with additional needs. Small class sizes allow for personalised learning and meaningful progress.

Requirements

• QTS (ECTs and newly qualified teachers welcome)

• Creativity and adaptability in teaching

• Understanding of SEN strategies or willingness to learn

• Team player with a caring approach

What You Will Be Doing

• Planning engaging, inclusive lessons

• Supporting pupils with complex learning needs

• Working with teaching assistants and therapists

• Promoting independence and confidence in learners

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
