Job description
Calling all Teachers who are looking for the reward, challenge and the diversity of a fulfilling role.

Protocol have flexible and long term opportunities working for a Pupil Referral Unit based in South Yorkshire. They are looking for committed and strong Teachers who can deliver across curriculum and hold specialist subject knowledge in particular Subjects.

Are you the Teacher who is looking for Challenge then this could be the position for you.

The Provision is split across 2 sites covering KS1 – KS4. The school provides an outstanding curriculum which is creative, practical and engaging. Pupils are challenged and encouraged to achieve their goal through supportive learning.

Teaching Assistants are a vital part of the classroom teaching and you will work in close unison with them in order to deliver the best education possible. Pupils will have EHCP and display challenging behaviour so the ideal person will need to differentiate learning styles and manage behaviour effectively and in a professional manor.

If you feel you have something extra to bring to the classroom and want to work with challenging behaviour, small class sizes and a cross subject curriculum please do not hesitate to get in touch with me, Liz Furniss on 0114 2521975 or email efurniss@protocol-education.com

Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £44.00.
