IT Technician - Harrow - Secondary School - Start ASAP


Are you a confident and knowledgeable IT Professional?
The purpose of this role is to help maintain a high level of support for - both on-site and via the ICT support desk. This role will require you to work at a Secondary School in Noth West London. You will also be working closely within the support and engineering department.

What will you be doing as an ICT Technician?
• Communicating effectively with customers and the company in a professional and clear manner
• Diagnosing and fixing various ICT system issues, escalating these where appropriate
• Carrying out day-to-day activities for customers, including updating anti-virus systems and applying windows updates
• Resolving critical issues if a major outage occurs
• Helping manage (open, close, update) service desk tickets which are relevant to site visits

You should apply for the role of ICT Technician if you have…
• Application and desktop deployment experience
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows Servers and Windows 10/7 workstations
• The ability to appropriately set up new staff members and manage passwords
• A working knowledge of Windows Server Administration
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Infrastructure Experience (switches, Wi-Fi, Firewalls)
