Job description
Protocol Education are currently working with a "Good " with Outstanding features Rated Secondary school in Hertfordshire, to recruit an enthusiastic Secondary Music teacher for a January 2019 start.

The school is proud of it's teaching standards and the behaviour of it's students, who are encouraged to be both confident and responsible during their time at the school and beyond into adult life. An excellent senior leadership team set the example and remain available at all times to fully support both their staff and students.
There is a strong sense of community at the school and children are also urged to make a contribution to society in their local area and uphold the value instilled via everyday schooling.

*Please Note: This is a Full Time on-going Position with a January 2019 Start date, however immediate interviews are available for the right candidates*

The potential candidates must have strong organisational skills and a commitment to teaching and learning.
This position is open to experienced teachers as well as NQTs.
The successful Music Teacher will be supported by an excellent senior leadership team and have access to on-going professional development.

To be considered for this position you must be;

- A qualified Secondary Music Teacher with QTS.
- Dedicated to ensuring each child continually progresses.
- An enthusiastic teacher and have a flexible approach to work.
- Able to develop and implement schemes of work.
- Able to plan and prepare effective teaching modules and lessons.
- Be able to motivate and inspire their pupils whilst improving levels of pupil attainment.
