The Role :
Raise attainment of key students and support pupils on a 1:1 and group basis & assist them with any additional needs they may have, whether these are learning, SEN, SEMH or behaviour related.
Support pupils’ learning across the curriculum, tailoring support to match learners’ needs.
Adapt and customise learning materials in line with the individual needs.
Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Learning Plans through identifying and removing barriers to pupils’ learning.
Successful candidates will:
Have great subject knowledge and the ability to plan and communicate it effectively in 1:1 or small group settings.
Be flexible and committed to delivering engaging, challenging, and developmental sessions
Previous support work within a school or student related experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
