Job description
Protocol Education is currently working with a number of Secondary schools in the Medway area. We are seeking secondary teachers with a maths background or focus to cover an ever needed demand on the market. The ideal candidate will hold QTS.

The ideal teacher will be able to plan, organize, and deliver engaging and thriving lessons that keep pupils focused. The curriculum is broad and balanced so you can produce challenging and fascinating lesson plans that will keep pupils thinking.  Your outstanding classroom management strategies will be robust and flexible, and will be seen as essential to the performance of you and your pupils.

Candidates should display a capability to encourage pupils through the planning, preparation and delivery of highly motivating, appealing and well sequenced lessons.  You should appreciate the value of target setting as an aid to raising standards and improving attainment and achievement.  You should have an ability to teach and inspire positive learning attitudes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

•QTS
•Be able to obtain 2 years worth of references.
•DBS on Update Service
•Driving is not an essential but is favourable
•Able to work on last minute calls
•Good classroom management
